Senior Citizen Programs
We offer a variety of programs to assist the senior citizens in our communities.
Senior Citizens Program
This Eddy county program assists seniors with transportation, congregate meals, and home delivered meals.
Senior Companion Program
Senior Companions are older adults (55 years of age or older) who help others live independently by assisting with grocery shopping and other daily tasks. They are friends from the community who care.
Foster Grandparent Program
Foster Grandparents give children the much-needed attention that can change lives. They help children learn to read, care for children with disabilities, and offer comfort to those who need it.
Carlsbad Adult Respite is a fun-filled, social environment where seniors can visit with peers, enjoy age-appropriate activities and look forward to special events.
Community Services Block Grant Program
The Community Services Block Grant (CSBG) provides core funding to reduce poverty, revitalize low-income communities, and to empower low-income families and individuals to become fully self-sufficient.
Child & Adult Care Food Program
The purpose of the Child & Adult Care Food Program is to improve the health and eating habits of participants enrolled in family day care and adult care homes and centers.
